Clearway also provide Health & safety audits for a range of properties such as residential, commercial, retail. Health & Safety audits allow compliance with specific regulatory requirements such as Regulations 3 and 4 of the Management Regulations 1999. We also undertake asbestos contractor audits and assessments to assist them with their Licensing renewals/applications.
