Total Asbestos Management

First appointed to the Trust in 2012 on a 2+2 year framework, Clearway began the appointment by undertaking management asbestos surveys of all trust buildings and community properties. As the appointment was for asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services, we also produced the Trust's ratified asbestos policy, asbestos management plan and rolled out new procedures for control of contractors on site. Since appointment Clearway have carried out annual re-inspections, reviews of policies, plans and procedures as required by CAR 2012, and have acted as project managers/supervising consultant/analyst on all asbestos removal works with a value exceeding £400,000.00 to date.

Asbestos Surveys, Consultancy and Analytical

Clearway are currently in our first year of appointment to this very important NHS Trust. We have completed asbestos surveys on a number of buildings within the estate and also provide the trust with our bespoke online asbestos database; Clearway-Online which allows the client, projects teams and contractors to monitor all asbestos in real time, thus being up to date on all ACM's present. We currently provide Asbestos Surveys, Consultancy and Analytical services to the Trust and are also assisting the Trust in complying with their Duty to Manage as required by CAR 2012.

North Middlesex Hospital

Clearway have been appointed by the Trust since early 2015 as sole provider of asbestos surveys, management, consultancy and analytical services. The Trust also relies on our Clearway-Online asbestos database to ensure their asbestos information is kept up to date. Our Managing Director also acts as the Trusts Asbestos Responsible person in relation to the duty to manage asbestos on Trust premises.

London Borough of Waltham Forest

Asbestos Surveys, Consultancy, Analytical and Land Contamination

Clearway have been working with the council and NPS since 2015 and have undertaken management asbestos surveys, air testing/analytical supervision on various asbestos removal projects, and also land contamination advice and services throughout the borough on various projects.

Holiday Inn/Kew Green Hotel Group

Clearway were appointed in 2016 to begin rolling out asbestos management surveys to all hotels within the group throughout the UK. In addition to management asbestos surveys, we have been working closely with the capital projects team and have been rolling out numerous refurbishment/demolition surveys to various hotels prior to refurbishment of lobby's rooms and other areas. We also provide the client with our bespoke Clearway-Online database to ensure compliance with CAR 2012 and have also been involved on the procurement and management of numerous asbestos removal projects across the portfolio.

Stobart Air/London Southend Airport

Clearway have worked with the Airport since 2014, providing annual asbestos surveys, refurbishment surveys as required and also providing consultative advice and management of asbestos removal/air testing services.

Our oldest and one of our most valued clients

Clearway have worked with Grainger providing our full range of services since our formation in 2009. Prior to that our Managing Director has worked with Grainger since 2004. As the UK's largest private landlord, with over 24,000 property assets, Grainger PLC has a large and diverse property portfolio where we have provided asbestos surveys, consultancy, management, training and air testing on various sites and projects of different sizes. To date Clearway have managed asbestos removal projects varying in value from £600 to projects in excess of £250,000.00.

Mitie PLC/Mitie Property Services

Asbestos Surveys and Air Testing on Royal Borough of Kingston Properties

Clearway have worked with Mitie on the RBKT project since attending a meeting in mid 2015. Within 2 days of the meeting we had mobilised a team of surveyors to assist the client as their previous provider had failed to deliver. To date we are still working on the Mitie RBKT project and also tender and work for Mitie on other projects throughout the UK.

In addition to our key clients above, Clearway work in many sectors within the UK, Residential management being one key sector where we have considerable experience. Our clients include; FW Gapp, Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, Douglas & Gordon, RMG, Pembertons, Winkworth, Sorrells, Hair & Son, Mainstay Group, Crabtree, Stiles Harold Williams, Canonbury Management and Wildheart Residential Management. We fully understand the unique nature of residential management and how asbestos fits in with it. Weare specialists in this field and understand the section 20 and other requirements that are needed. We have provided surveys to all and for many have also provided air testing services but more importantly have managed asbestos removal projects for many with project values ranging from £1,000.00-£480,000.00 each.

In addition to all the Clients above, Clearway also work for other clients within the Hotel industry such as Rezidor Group/Park Inn etc. We also work for main contractors such as Balfour Beatty, Willmott Dixon, Mitie, Bouyges, Keepmoat, Morgan Sindall and DW Contractors; with whom we have just begun a phase 1 rollout of 1400 surveys for London & Quadrant Housing.

We work for investment banks and venture capital companies, undertaking feasibility studies on large land/building purchases to ensure their exposure to the costs involved with asbestos are kept to a minimum.

We also work for many other organizations and lastly for individual private client's such as home-buyers where our surveys are invaluable prior to purchase. Our start from as low as £65.00 for a pre-purchase home-buyer so we don't just work on large commissions!
