Gary Morris CCP (Asbestos) TFAAM TIHEEM

Gary is appointed as indpendent Managing Director of CE Consultants through our partner company; Health Estates Compliance Ltd. In addition to providing the entire range of CE services, Gary is responsible for the overall running of the company, marketing and business development for CE, Health Estates Comnplaince Ltd and our new software venture; Estates Compliance Online Ltd.
Gary specialises in asbestos services, providing Authorising Engineer, asbestos consultancy, training, asbestos management, and environmental contamination including lead based paints and anthrax/hazardous materials. 
He started his career in asbestos approximately 32 years ago working for a UK asbestos removal company. Initially a site project manager, he was promoted to contracts manager then operations director. In 2000 Gary “switched sides” to work as an asbestos consultant making his way up to Associate Director, working for companies such as; Casella Environmental, Lexia Group, Dearle & Henderson and Erinaceous Building Consultancy Services where he became divisional director for Asbestos and Health & Safety. Gary has acted as Authorising Engineer for multiple NHS Trusts, asbestos consultant and expert witness for a number of global brands and his experience and advice is highly valued by all of our clients.

Managing/Finance Director

Laura is the finance/HR director and has overall responsibility for all aspects of human resources and accounts. Before joining CE, Laura worked in purchase ledger, service charge and then property management department for Grosvenor PLC (Duke of Westminster). Laura brings multiple skills to the company and assists with the delicate client relationships with all our clients.

Senior Consultant

Jason joined Gary at Triglyph Risk Management in August 2008 as Senior Asbestos Consultant and has remained with the company through our transition, rebranding and expansion ever since. Jason has over 30 years experience within the asbestos industry and provides asbestos consultancy and surveying services to our current client base. Hi prepares asbestos management plans and undertakes the role of supervising consultant for asbestos removal projects.
He also manages the larger surveying projects and commissions providing professional detailed advice to our clients who value his contribution to their compliance solutions. Hi is also responsible for the supervision of members of our survey team, ensuring they provide the high quality of service our clients expect.

Mark Sherwood

Andy Joined the CE in December 2022 as Senior Asbestos Surveyor/Consultant, having worked with Gary Morris for a number of years previously in other companies. Mark has supervised a number of large survey contracts on Ministry of Defence and NHS portfolios as well as all other sectors within the indiustry. Mark has in excess of 34 years experience in the asbestos industry and is highly valued within CE and by our clients.

In addition to the senior staff above we have a number of industry qualified competent asbestos surveyors. All our Lead surveyors are required to have as a minimum, the BOHS P402, BOHS S301/M504 qualifications and a minimum of 3 years experience within the asbestos industry. They are also required to demonstrate before joining, a clear understanding of building construction. In this way our clients can rest assured that their asbestos surveys are carried out by competent, experienced consultants. Indeed many of our competitors use surveyors with only the BOHS P402 and 1 year’s experience.
